Delivery Information
Thank you for shopping with us. Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products.
All you need to know about our delivery timelines can be found right on this page:
- We deliver orders countrywide Monday-Friday at a minimum fee via Fastway or Aramex courier to all major cities within South Africa.
- We deliver between 08h00 and 17h00 on working weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- We use courier services to deliver our parcels and are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Should you enter a PO Box address at checkout, we will contact you to provide an alternate address and will cancel your order if you do not provide us with an alternate address within 24 hours of request.
- Our lead time to process an order is a minimum of 2 to 3 working days.
- Purchases will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days after payment has been made.
- Delivery to outlying areas will take longer , approximately 5-7 working days.

Types of Delivery
Items are divided into two categories for delivery:
Small items
- Sent via aramex or fastway courier.
- Typically takes 2-3 days for delivery depending on location.
Large items
- Sent via trusted carriers that specialize in handling large items..
- Typically take 4-7 days for delivery.
Delivery Updates & Alerts
Communication is key – we’ll keep you updated throughout the delivery process with email notifications.
 Delivery Costs ( Excl. furniture)
- A flat delivery rate of R99 applies for orders under R1500 to all major cities. Outlying areas R150.
- Orders over R1500 qualify for free delivery.
Furniture Delivery
Furniture and large homeware items are delivered separately from homeware. Delivery will take between 5 - 7 working days. A flat rate fee from R499-R1500 is charged for all furniture items in Gauteng depending on the zone you are located within. Outlying areas in Gauteng regions may cost more. All other provinces , delivery fee will be quoted depending on the location and furniture item purchased.
All deliveries dispatched from area: Honeydew, Roodepoort
Please not assembly is not included and is charged separately. Price is dependent on the items assembled.
Preparing for Furniture DeliveryÂ
It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location. Our customer service team can help you through the measuring process and preparing your home for the delivery of your furniture.

Cash on delivery Terms
Please note we may request COD payment to be made once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and tracking details have been sent to you. This means we have completed our part of the business transaction and you are liable to pay in full for the order you have placed. Should there be any issues regarding your order on arrival, please contact us immediately so we may best assist.
